Account Operating Agreement
It's easy to bank with Manulife Bank

1. Print both the Account Operating Agreement and the It's easy to bank with Manulife Bank brochure, which includes the Bank's Service Fee Bulletin.

Personal Account Application

2. Complete the Personal Account Application and sign it.

3. Provide us with a personal cheque, as your first Advantage Account deposit, drawn on your account at another Canadian financial institution. Minimum deposit is $25.

Note: If there is more than one account owner, the personal cheque must be drawn on a joint account or include one cheque for each account owner.

Funds Transfer Agreement Form

4. You must complete a Funds Transfer Agreement form and submit with a void personalized cheque for each bank account with which you wish to be able to transfer funds via Manulife Bank's Internet or telephone banking.

Third Party Identification Form

5. If you are opening the account on behalf of a third party, please complete the Third party identification form.

You can expect to receive access cards and personalized cheques (if requested) within 15 business days from the date the application was received by Manulife Bank.
