To purchase, you can either go to one of our GICdirect Associate Branches or continue with the instructions below to download our application forms. Corporate or Non-Corporate GIC Ownership
To purchase a GIC from GICdirect.com for the first time, you will need to:
- • Call GICdirect to determine the institution that is offering the best rate
- • Complete a Corporate or Non-Corporate GIC Application from those listed below
for your chosen institution
- • Complete an Corporate or Non-Corporate RDBA Client & Consent Form
- • Provide a corporate cheque made payable to the institution
- • Provide a photocopy of two pieces of ID for each signing authority
- • Provide a copy of your Incorporation Certificate and Articles of Incorporation
- • Provide documents that register the business - tax documents or the power to bind
- • Provide a copy of proof of signing authorities (ie Board Meeting Minutes)
